When will my car be picked up?
For a standard shipment, it usually takes from one to seven business days from the time your transportation is arranged.
When should I expect delivery of my car?
Depending on the mileage, you can expect delivery from one to seven days after your car is picked up.
Is my car insured during shipping?
Yes, your vehicle is insured from the moment it is picked up until the moment it is delivered to you. Therefore, you’ll never have to worry about your car while working with TGS Carriers.
In what ways can I pay for my auto shipping?

You have a few payment options:

  1. You can pay by cash;
  2. You can pay via Zelle, Venmo or PayPal (PayPall has 3% transaction fee);
  3. You can pay by cashier, certified check or money order.
    Unfortunately we don’t accept credit/debit cards and we don’t accept private checks.
Who needs to be present during the pickup or delivery?
There will need to be someone 18 years of age or older present ID to turn over the car, provide the driver with the keys, and sign an inspection document.
Can I transport personal items with the vehicle?
Yes, you can leave your personal items Up to 100 LB inside the car, but the company won’t take responsibility for them. In some cases, items left inside the car can result in extra expenses.
